You skip the market and go straight to our organic farm tour to harvest ingredients before cooking. - Evening Session: Escape the midday heat. Cook as the sun goes down and enjoy a peaceful dinner in the jungle. No matter which session you pick, you get the full farm experience. We walk through our garden together. You harvest the long beans, chilies, and lemongrass you need. Our chefs teach you how to blend spices using a traditional stone mortar. We cook in a relaxed "Cook-Eat-Cook-Eat" style. You prepare a dish, sit down to eat it while it is hot, then return to the station for the next one. You never eat a cold meal here.
