Full description
Choose from three daily sessions to fit your schedule:
- Morning Session (With Market Tour)
This option includes a guided tour of a traditional Balinese market. You see how we select fresh ingredients before heading to the kitchen. Best for early risers who want the full culinary journey.
- Afternoon Session
A relaxed choice. Enjoy a slow morning in town first. Then, join us to harvest fresh herbs from the garden and cook a late lunch in the peaceful countryside.
- Evening Session
Cook a cozy dinner as the sun goes down. This session has a calm, intimate backyard vibe. Perfect for families or couples wanting a unique dinner plan.
Every session uses our signature "Cook-Eat-Cook-Eat" format. You make a dish, eat it straight from the fire, and then start the next one. Your food stays hot and fresh. You will grind your own Base Gede paste using a traditional stone mortar. Our local instructors help you every step of the way.
Your booking includes our free shuttle service from the Ubud center meeting point. We easily adapt all menus for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans.
