This hands-on experience takes you to our organic farm in Taro Village, away from central Ubud's traffic. You will scrape, squeeze, and heat fresh coconut milk to extract clear oil, taking a custom bottle home with you. While the oil separates naturally, your instructor guides you through a 3-course cooking session utilizing your freshly made oil.

Select your preferred time variant from our three daily schedules:

- Morning Session (07:30 AM): Includes a guided walk through the traditional local market to see daily village trading and sample local fruits before heading up to the farm compound.

- Afternoon Session (12:30 PM): Focuses fully on the organic farm gardens, harvesting your own vegetables, oil-making, and cooking a satisfying lunch.

- Evening Session (04:00 PM): Features a relaxed sunset farm walk, oil preparation, and ends with cooking a quiet family-style dinner under the stars.

Your seat includes a complimentary return shuttle from our central Ubud meeting point at Pura Dalem Puri Peliatan (Central Parking). Our kitchen naturally accommodates non-vegan, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets without altering traditional flavor profiles. Arrival at Taman Dukuh Farm: Welcome Coffee/Tea.

Start VCO Process: Grate and press fresh coconut milk.

Guided Organic Farm Tour & Ingredient Harvesting.

Hands-on Cooking Class & Enjoying Appetizers.

Finish VCO: Filter and bottle your oil to take home.

Main Course Lunch & Dessert.

End of Class and Shuttle Transfer back to Ubud.
